Worst Dr.
It would take multiple phone calls and stops by the office to get him to send prescriptions to my pharmacy. He also told me that the medicines he prescribed could not cause the side effects I was experiencing. The side effects started within days of taking the medicine he prescribed, got much worse when he increased the dosage and started clearing up when I quit taking the medicine. Following his recommendations I started having ED (which progressed to being completly numb when he increased the dosage), my A1c went up 1 whole number, my blood pressure went up and I quit having energy.

Dr. Tran himself is one of the most knowledgeable doctors in the area. HOWEVER, it appears he has bitten off more than he can chew so to speak. He has given entirely too much trust and responsibility to a recent graduate of Shenandoah University’s PA Program named Sarah. Sarah DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS, as well as being rude, incompetent, and downright unprofessional. She is a terrible addition to an otherwise great practice. If Dr. Tran wishes to continue practicing in the area, then it would be in everyone’s best interest to fire this heartless human being named Sarah. I could continue the reasons as to why she is such a terrible PA, however one bad apple (Sara) should not ruin the reputation of an otherwise competent and professional medical practice. REQUEST DR. TRAN SPECIFICALLY SHOULD ONE HAVE AN APPT AT VA INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL.

It appears that Dr. Jordan Le Tran and Dr. Michael Pasternack have an arrangement with Attorney Beau Correll to treat auto accident victims. I met Dr. Tran once, for only 5 minutes. The rest of the time he saw me in passing with barely a hello. I saw Dr. Tran’s wife and little white ankle biter dog in the office more than I saw him.If I were allergic to dogs, I’m certain he would’ve disregarded that too. I was only seen by nurse practitioner Sara Gruber. I was limited by Dr. Tran’s office to addressing only one issue per visit, which is very different from the “full medical services” they advertise for patients. The object found outside my colon on the day of my accident went completely ignored despite my bringing this up at every appointment. Six weeks after my accident, I was prescribed pain control and put on a pain contract that this doctors office breached. Dr. Tran failed to keep the pain medicine properly refilled or to properly titrate me off of the medication

I went to Dr tran as a new patient and have called several times to reschedule a appointment no call back every time . I left voicemails cause his secretary doesn't answer the phone or return calls . It's very disappointing to find a Dr that finally takes your insurance and doesn't call back . They never even called to give me my test results from first visit . Am sure the Dr is unaware he was very compassionate and understanding along with his pa which I believe his his wife. I was hoping to keep him as a Dr and have my husband go there as well but can't seem to get a call back.

DO NOT GO TO DR TRAN! Was incorrectly diagnosed with hypothyroidism when my thyroid lab values were NORMAL. Dr. Tran even prescribed me Levothyroxine (synthroid) for this when i have heart issues. One of the side effects of Levo is heart palpitations. Could have killed me if i hadn't double checked his work myself. I also called the office to speak to him about this and he would not return my calls. Staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Tran truly cares about his patients. The staff also cares. It is hard to find a good Dr. these days. Finding Dr. Tran possibly saved my life. I can't say enough about him. He doesn't hurry and actually knows his patients. I have never done a review but, if you want a kind, caring Dr. who promotes healthy mind and body. I am grateful to have found him. You will be in good hands. Very positive environment. Thank you, Dr. Tran
