Dr. Jorden Weiss, DO

The first thing you should know is that he’s usually late with his appointments. The wait is worth it though, because he doesn’t cut anyone off just because of allotted appointment time. I once spent over an hour for a 15 minute appointment because I was having SI and needed to go to inpatient therapy. At the same time his secretary was consoling my Mother in the back office. The office location doesn’t have the best upkeep, but that’s the rental property owner’s responsibility. It’s a small practice, just Dr. Weiss and 2 employees. He takes your concerns seriously, and will talk you through them. I’ve been seeing him for slightly under 10 years. Psychiatrists aren’t who you go to for talk therapy. If you need more time talking with someone I suggest looking into a psychologist, counselor, or licensed social worker. Good luck on your mental health journey.

Dr. Jorden has helped me in ways no one else has been able to, I can say with ease that his ability to understand and treat was 2nd to none. Thank you Dr. Jorden

Dr Weiss is an excellent diagnostician. He takes the time to make you comfortable as he listens, letting you know he truly cares. He thoroughly explains all medication choices, weighing possible side effects. Although his speciality is child and adolescents he is competent with adult issues as well.

I referred my best friend to this practice. Dr. Weiss is awesome! He does a great job with kids and can completely relate to them and their mental health issues.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Weiss. He is a great listener and is very relatable. It took awhile to find someone since relocating to the area, and I'm very grateful to have found him. His office staff is great as well. I would definitely recommend him.
