I was referred to Dr. Kattah due to vestibular migraines and related concerns. He did not listen to my explanation of symptoms. He ran through a standard battery of tests instead. After an MRI of my brain, he simply said the test was "fine." I was expecting him to go over the results, but he did not. When I asked a question about it, he seemed irritated and gave little explanation. He never asked if I had any questions. I did not feel comfortable asking the other questions I had. He made assumptions about the cause of an unexplained symptom and was irritated when I said that I didn't have the other symptoms that would go with that presumed cause. He told my that "people feel lots of different ways, so that is not what we go by, we go by the test results and they are fine." He presented as a poor listener with no curiosity to help figure out a problem that does not present in one specific way. After two disappointing visits, I will not go back to him and do not recommend him to others.

I have vertigo. The condition can be terrible when your world is literally spinning (at least in your mind). He's fixed me 3 times. I can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Kattah seemed very knowledgeable, but he is not a very communicative person. I left my appointments with him not knowing very much more than before the appointment. No suggestions or practical help was given to me by him, despite a devastating diagnosis.

I love Dr. Kattah. He has been my stroke opthamologist and vertigo specialist since 2008. He tells it to you straight and is very knowledgeable.

It's been over a month now with no contact made by Dr. Kattah about anything regarding my sons condition. When we were at the appointment with him, he didn't want to hear any information whatsoever about symptoms my son had been having, or anything my son was feeling. He kept saying No No, that's not right. Since then, we've been somewhere else for a diagnosis, with a doctor that believed that all information we gave him was pertinent, and important regarding the diagnosis. Zero = Kattah
