Dr. Jorge Perez-Cardona, MD

Dr. Perez is very kind and compassionate. He has such a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to talk with you. His staff are wonderful! I highly recommend him and his staff for your health needs. I am so glad my doctor referred me to him. Thank you Dr. Perez and staff.

Dr. Perez has a very gentle and nurturing bedside manner. He answers all of my questions and explains my results in depth in a tone I can understand. His staff is caring and sweet.

I was treated by Dr. Perez and his staff administered an IVIG treatment to me and near killed me. They dont know what they are doing. Very very bad experience for me. Had to wait for my appointment 2 and 1/2 hours and they dont even tell you you have a long wait. No communications, Had a bone marrow test and a cat scan and Dr Perez never explained to me the results. Do not rec-emend this doctor at all stay away!!!!

I am very unhappy with Dr. Perez. He is money hungry and doesn't care about his patients as much as he would claim. I have met nurses that would not even recommend him. I never write reviews ever but I want you to save your time and money and see another doctor.

We are FRUSTRATED!! Granted, he is very kind. However, he DOES NOT explain the diagnosis very well and instead of giving us meaningfull information on what we can do as far as nutrition, or anything else, he is only interested in waiting long enough to put me on chemotherapy. Is he a business man or a health provider? Also, we wait up to 1 1/2 to 2 hours every time we go to see him. That is unacceptable!

Dr. Perez has a very kind demeanor. He is very thorough and answers all of my questions in detail. Hi staff works hard and are all very sweet and diligent.

So far we are so frustrated. So disorganized so far and we are telling them what Dr Perez is telling us we need to do. No training in this office. A little scared at the care my husband will receive. No one is running the office. I had to call and get insurance approval. I called 3 times and talked to 3 different girls to schedule MRI and CAT scan. No call backs and the 4th girl today took care of it. None of it was in his records. We had to tell them. Geez.

He's been very professional, compassionate, and has been straightforward with me from the beginning. I am grateful for everyone I have come in contact with here, considering he bad circumstances.

I am always nervous and full of questions when I see Dr. Perez. His calm demeanor and extreme intelligence of subject manner always put me at ease. He is very soft spoken, but give it time and LISTEN because he full of answers and information. One of the nicest doctors I have ever met.

I had several chemotherapy treatments from Dr. Perez's staff. They were very disorganized. The nurse had no knowledge how to access my central port---she attempted four times to puncture my catheter and bent the needles. It was terribly painful. She did not know how to administer the drugs, she referenced her nursing book in front of me which lead me to believe she was not properly trained. The staff sent the wrong drugs to my insurance, which they had to correct. I switched oncologists.

The entire process of making the appointment to seeing Dr. Perez was flawless. Dr. Perez and his entire staff were wonderful!
