Stuff rude
Front desk seems to get joy out of making sick people upset. Is hard to get an appointment because they don’t answer the phone.

I am switching doctors after two years. He use to be okay, now I waited almost a month for a refill that I shouldn’t have stopped taking due to the side effects. I called the office and left numerous messages and on my chart also. I wanted a visit to refill but no one got back with me until today. I requested the refill July 1st. So 25 days later is unacceptable. I even got the pharmacy to fax him for refill several times.

Dr. Ramirez, along with the staff are absolutely incredible. He is a great listener, he shows care and concern beyond that of any Dr. I have ever received treatment from. He and Elizabeth are the kindest, fastidious and very well rounded individuals that show top notch care. I appreciate him And I am very blessed that he is my doctor. – RJE

Appointment at 8:00 Freezing cold, icy rain and winf blowing 35 mph +. Showed up 15 early per instructions. Office closed. Staff entered front door @ 7:50 and posted open sign. Went to the door and it was locked. Staff looked through the door and turned their backs leaving me to stand in the freezing rain and cold. Not very "personal service". Good Doctor but very disrespectful staff.

I recently relocated from Dallas and needed to establish a new primary care physician. I have been here 4 months. I tried two other doctors and was very disappointed at the level of care and knowledge of my current conditions. My initial visit was extremely thorough and covered a continuing plan to treat me. I would highly recommend him.

I waited for four weeks for an MRI referral that was never submitted to my insurance company. I only discovered this by calling my insurance company to find out why it was taking so long. I was promised twice that the office would call me about my referral and no one ever did. The doctor has difficulty listening and you can tell he is impatient to be done with the exam. Very poor experience. I've switched doctors.
