Visit with Dr. Biller went well. He explained things in detail, answered questions, listened intently, and joked around. I have total confidence in him and his staff. He has been my neurologist for the past five years and I hope to continue for many more.

I took notes of this visit with Dr Biller immediately after I returned to my car. I wrote through my tears because I have never been treated with with such hostility and anger. He walked around the room , glancing over th shoulder of a student? (I was never introduced)at the computer, gave the nurse instructions and papers to run off,, interrupted or talked over me when I tried to ask for clarification, or had a question, mocked me when I gave him additional information from another doctor I thought would be helpful, shouted at me that I was deaf, and had to shout at me. I am not deaf, I wear hearing aids, but I am NOT deaf. There is much more, but suffice to say, he scared me.

I began seeing Dr. Biller after my severe hemorrhagic stroke in 2015. He is thorough, precise, kind and always takes good notes. When I have tests or scans done, he walks me through my results.

Never have I left a Dr’s office so offended. He seemed to be angry before we came into the office. He didn’t even introduced himself. He was highly upset that we didn’t have some paper that the office should have had us fill out but didn’t. Yet he seemed to want to blame us for his office staff’s oversight. He demanded that my brother with anxiety issues relax which of course only made him more tense. He cut me off every time I tried to ask a question. I would avoid this doctor!
