Dr De Olazabal Jr office
Was at my appointment ten minutes early and checked in with office staff. They never mentioned he was running late and there were two patients in front of me. After 30 minutes I was told he had a patient with him and another in front of me. They offered to reschedule, but the was four weeks away. I will be away for two months and that is why I schedule when I had. I cancelled my appointment and said to forget everything. Poor communication and not a helpful staff. Service must only be a slogan.

Both doctors are very experienced and have great bedside manner. They take the time to explain things and answer all questions in a respectful way. No complaints with care!

I have been a patient of his for 15 years for my Asthma management. His wife, who is the receptionist is polite and helpful. I have never waited more than l5 minutes to be seen by him. He gives me as much time as I need and has never ever rushed me out of the office. Several times over the years if I come down with a problem and I call they will always squeeze me in the same cay to help me. His medications have always workded successfully for my problem. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they have always thanked me after visiting him.

The doctors office is way too crowded. People have no where to sit or end up standing in the hallway waiting to be seen. There is only one receptionist. When she is busy she lets the phone ring or takes it off the hook, making it impossible to speak to anyone whether to make an inquiry or speak to the doctor or even leave a message. It took me a year to get back money I was over charged by the doctor.

I called to speak with him about medicine my mother in law was taking and having bad side effects with so I left message for the doctor to call me back When he called me back He started insulting me and cursed at me because I didn't leave my name on the message I did leave the patients name I was so taken back that a doctor would be so unprofessional to curse at someone on the phone when they were calling to speak to him over concerns for their mom who was under his care I would not recommend

The first time I went to the office I had to wait 3 hours. Not only that, my the receptionist was rude, uncaring, and disorganized like a child. When the doctor (the father) saw me, he only gave me a five minute examination before sending me out. He gave me two sleep test (both of which was expensive), and told me I need a sleep machine. I am waiting for the machine and he has not done anything. Avoid this guy. He is a con artist.

The office is very disorganized and wait periods on a good day are about 20 minutes and a bad day over 2 hours. Some staff are friendly and others are not. Dr Deolazabal runs the office with his son. I only dealt with the father. He refuses to forward my medical records to me allergist for 3 months now. In addition I cancelled an appointment 3 days before the date, he then left a message on my phone telling me I was no longer a priority for his office. Shocking but true.
