Dr. Jose Ongsingco, MD

He is not genuinely concerned about your health issues, want you to drown yourself in meditation you don’t need( dosage wise). Over talker and a great listener. Order tests that’s not necessary. I will not be seeing his rude self again.

I love Dr Ongsingco, I am so excited to have him as my Primary physician! He was very patient and well educated in medical field. He listened to me and explained my problem very well. I am happy to have him working with me to get my Health on track! The Staff was amazing, from the check in to check out. I love BMG Group, can't wait to go back to see everyone! Thank you Dr Ongsingco and BMG Staff, you all made my Visit a Joy!

This person, who does not deserve the title of doctor is rude and shows lack of interest in patients needs. He does not listen and brushes off questions as if he is above you. Performed a covid test on me and for some unknown reason disposed of it (improperly I believe) and turned to do another test without an explanation. When asked why he basically brushed me off and said he was just doing another one. I will never return to BMG as long as he is affiliated with them. Where can I leave NO STARS?

The nurse was condescending and disrespectful. My hair may be gray, but I am not an idiot. Then the lab tech said I would have to return for more tests because I had not been fasting, but no one had told me to do so. Then when Dr. Ongsingco finally arrived, he blindly asked a series of questions rather than processing the information. As a result, he seemed not to know basic anatomy because he asked me questions that had already been answered by my previous responses. Unprofessional sums it up.

My regular doctor was out of town and I had the misfortune of having to see Dr. Ongsingco. He was the rudest doctor I have seen. I waited 2-1/2 hours to be seen by him. When he finally came in the exam room, he came in with another person. I thought it was an assistant but he never bother to introduce her. If I had not been so sick with the flu and bronchitis, I would have walked out. He is terrible.

I would not recommend this doctor to other patients. He was unwilling to listen to my problem and to assist me with prescribing an antibiotic for a respiratory infection. I understand that he has joined the practice of which I have been a patient for over 30 years. I have never had this type of experience with Dr. Verzosa. I tried to assist him with the information needed, but again he did not attempt to listen or help. I will not allow myself to be seen by this physician in the future.

I'm not sure how he is with all of his patients, but he was cold and unempathetic with my elderly parents. He wanted to do most of the talking and when my Father tried to ask questions, Dr. Onsingco cut him off and was condescending with his responses. He didn't seem to have a lot of patience, maybe with just the elderly, and he didn't like having to repeat himself. I would think (or hope) when dealing with elderly people, he could have been a little more understanding! Looking for a new Doctor!

Dr. Ongsingco is very patient, he listens to what you are saying and is genuinely concerned with finding underlying causes, not just fixing symptoms.

I have never had a problem with Dr. Ongsingco. He is a great doctor and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
