Love Dr Patino & Front Office Staff
I have been a patient of Dr. Patino for 20 years. He is one of those doctors who has the ability to determine exactly what is wrong with you, give you the medicine you need and he is so easy to speak with. I always tell him that he is my hero after each visit. And, as much as I love Dr. Patino, I adore Maggie who is the front office receptionist. She always finds me an appointment time, is so nice and talks to me with dignity and respect. I am a native speaker of English but studied Spanish and I always try and practice my Spanish with her but she always makes sure I understand everything in English. Having that first contact person who is knowledgeable, kind, reassuring, and professional in any office setting and she certainly fits those criteria. I highly recommend Dr. Patino and enjoy your first conversation with Maggie!

STAFF IS UTMOST RUDE!! couldn't even get first time appointment. Dr must be loosing new patients because of their response towards new callers.

I believe that Dr. Patino is a very professional person. However, some of his support staff are awful human beings. I called in to ask for information and to schedule an appointment and was treated with utter disrespect. The attendant made suggestive remarks that I am a dull/stupid person and was very dismissive of my concerns.

Dr Patino is always, friendly, and caring, easy to talk about everything, even my sex life, not comfortable ever talking to a Dr about it, now, I get the best care, and most comprensive care I ever had. Jhon C
