My father had been trying to get into see the Dr for two months. His appointment got canceled at the last minute with no help in rescheduling. This office doesn’t seem to care

I was in his office yesterday for first time visit. VERY IMPRESSED with the set up , the employees that helped me get set up with information and etc. Dr. Ruiz was great. Kind and took time to explain to me everything he was going to do. The nurse was so professional and was kind and made me feel relaxed. I have been to Dr. That I have not been able to understand a word they said. Dr. Ruiz wasn't like that. His English was understood by this Alabama girl. Yea! I am so happy I found a great ENT

Dr Ruiz needs to retire he is awful ,clueless, and has no bed side mannor just nothing at all wasted our time like u wouldnt believe. he needs to lose his liscense. he never ever even given any information as to what my problem might be or how to fix it, just nothing but a waste of time . ive complained several times no help . dont go to this dr if you have any bad ent issues cause it will be a waste of time and money
