overcharged and office refused to return my calls in regards to a refund. I've spoken the billing agency who agrees that I'm owed a refund, but only the doctor's office can issue the refund. I've left several messages for both the administrator and the doctor, because the office staff say they can not issue the refund. They refuse to return my calls.
