Went to Dr. Chan for my son, who was very sick. The staff didn't even take his temp, and Dr. Chan told my son he either had a cold or upper respiratory infection. The following day my son was much worse so we went to Urgent Care and found out he had the Flu, Step Throat, and Bronchitis. Maybe Dr. Chan should return to Medical School and learn to care for people.

Wow I definitely made a mistake choosing this fellow... Although being honest I'm not sure what was worse his exceptionally poor office staff at advocate or the fact that this guy was clueless. Best thing I did was leave... Still had to pay good $$$ for the time I wasted. What a joke. Oh yeah it only took 4 days for return call to change the incorrect appointment the staff scheduled. How dare I actually want to speak to someone to try to get thier mistake corrected
