What's going on in this office?????
1 star until something is changed! Dr. Chan was very rude&upset when I told him that my medical history has incorrect info & I wanted it rectified. He told me to make a complaint to the front office and if I wanted it corrected I needed to book an appointment to come in and talk to him about it. Then, I discovered after going over test results, I had a number that was elevated & he didn't have it retaken. why? Now, that number is even higher as I had it taken over from another facility & lastly, I was charged for a test that I had taken and it should have been covered by my insurance. I received a call from a women in his office that was so very rude, I felt that I was on trial and the prosecuting attorney had me on a whipping post. So, I asked to speak to Dr. Chan and that was denied, but she came back with an answer from the doctor that it would be coded correctly but hasn't. Now when I call the office the girls are so rude like it's my fault. So until things change 1 star!

I can't say enough about Dr. Chan! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, understanding and kind! He truly is a caring physician! I would highly recommend Dr. Chan!

I had a Teledoc visit with Dr. Joseph Chan. He was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked him for his name and information, he responded that I would get an email with his information after the call and then he hung up. The call was incomplete and he failed to address my issues. One star is too generous for this unsatisfactorily level of service

Dr Chan explains detailed medical conditions in a simple and concise manner. He makes his own follow-up telephone calls with patients. An outstanding Doctor who cares about his patients.

Dr. Chan is absolutely fabulous. He listens. He makes personal calls to his patients and his staff is incredibly friendly. The front office staff is prompt and knowledgable and his nurse is very nice.
