Dr. Joseph Contino, MD

I was operated on by Dr. Contino in 2021. The best surgeon I have ever encountered. It is a late review. However, I will always be thankful to Dr. Contino for saving my life. We appreciate his incredibly helpful staff during this journey.

I was so worried that I would have hideous scaring after I had my surgery but boy was I wrong! I can’t even feel where my breast surgery was done and there is barely a scare and I’m only 3-4 months post op! I love his bedside manner and his staff is just top notch! Thank you Dr. Contino I truly appreciate you!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr.Contino and Gail took their time to explain every detail of what I was going to experience. This was the scariest thing I’ve ever had to go through but, never once did I feel any lack of confidence in decisions made or Doctor himself. I’m so very thankful to have been pointed in the direction of this office.

I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and wonderful doctor and I must say the same for his nurse Gail. They were always willing to listen to any concerns I had and I’m happy to say my surgery went so well and my out come did too. I am very blessed.

I will never forget the day I was told that I had breast cancer . Doctor Contino and his nurse Gail took the time to show so much compassion and concern for me as an individual . They made fear more comfortable . From the days leading up to surgery to my hospital stay and throughout the course of my healing , they’ve been by my side and have became my “medical family”. I was blessed with Doctor Contino and his staff and will be forever grateful .

Dr. Contino treated me in his Las Vegas office. He conducted himself in a professional manner while making you feel at ease. He performed a procedure on me and explained step by step what he was doing which gave me confidence in what he was doing. Not only is he a great Dr. he also happens to have excellent charisma. Iam going to miss him but I wish him the best.

Dr. Contino is amazing. He has a great personality, great bedside manner and definitely knows what he's doing. He talks to you in words that you would understand but tells it to you straight. I definitely will miss him as my surgeon. He's one of the best!!

Nobody expects nor wants a breast cancer diagnosis, but Dr. Contino made my terrible situation a bearable one. When I go see a physician, I am not there to find a friend, but in Dr. Contino's case, he treated me with the care that I feel he would he would give to a friend or even a family member. When I was in the hospital about to receive a bi-lateral mastectomy, Dr. Contino saw I was visually terrified. He gave me a reassuring rub on my arm, and made me feel as if all would turn out alright

I would recommend Dr. Contino to anyone who needed his care. He is kind, caring and compassionate. He helped make an extremely scary time in my life much better because of his knowledge, experience and bedside manner. His calm demeaner helped when I was scared and emotional.

I would, without hesitation refer friends or family to my surgeon, Dr Contino. I was impressed with his knowledge, his evaluation of my case and his explanation of treatment choices available to me. I had complete trust in my treatment and have had positive outcome. I liked knowing that Dr Contino, my oncologist and radiation oncologist are a team. He's a good listener and I never once felt rushed at an appointment. He calmed my fears and made having breast cancer just a little less scary.
