Aneurysms
Dr Joseph Coselli has saved my life on two separate surgeries. In 2016 I had a large Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and in 2019 I had surgery again for a Thoracic aneurysm.I am grateful to God for sending me to Him. I was given more time with my children and grandchildren.I would highly recommend Dr. Coselli to anyone dealing with life threatening Aneurysms.

Dr. Caselli performed two thoracic surgeries on me in 2016 and 2018. He totally replaced my aorta. I'm doing good today and am so thankful my doctor here in Kansas City, Dr. Michael Borkon sent me to Houston and in the good hands of Dr. Caselli. Forever grateful.

He's the best, skilled and confident , I trusted him and his team. Sometime after ( not sure when) I awoke to find him at my side searching for my hand to hold. Very comforting meant everything to me. A "Great Man"

May 1, 2020 after Dr. Coselli operated on my wife for septal hypertrophy he told me that the surgery was successful and that he took a second cut on the septum to reduce the septum size. After returning home from the surgery, my wife got increasingly weaker and when I called to express my concern the only advise was to put her on a Beta Blocker. Fearing her death, weeks later, a local Cardiologist diagnosed her with Ventricular Septum Defect - Dr. Coselli had cut too deep and created a .8 cm hole in her heart. She was transported to Christus Spohn Hospital where some great surgeons saved her life by closing the hole.

Dr. Coselli performed a Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm repair surgery on our mother in 2016 and she DIED. My family and I knew something went wrong during the initial surgery. Dr Coselli performed an emergency surgery five days later. We had to make many requests to see him after the emergency surgery. Our mother was at Baylor St. Luke Medical Center in Houston for weeks. We finally left Houston to return to Dallas by ambulatory services to a rehab as recommended by Dr Coselli. Our mother died shortly after we arrived in Dallas. The ER doctor in Dallas was unable to save her or perform any surgery due to the damage that was already done, BUT was able to show us before she died that her ESOPHAGUS had been PUNCTURED and our mother bled internally to death. Dr Coselli NEVER spoke a word to our family about the damage that was caused to our mother. I WOULD NOT recommend Dr Coselli due to LACK of CARE and INTEGRITY

Dr. Coselli is an excellent doctor and has an excellent team behind him. I've had some AAA repairs while in college almost 20 years ago and diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome type 4. My doctors in McAllen, TX sent me to Dr. Coselli and I've been seeing him ever since with any problems with my grafts or aneurysm surgeries. My last surgery was for a clotted graft but was back to work in 6 weeks that I remember and working out a month later, light stuff though. I thank God for Dr. Coselli and his staff I just hope his colleagues are just as good as he is for when he retires and I still need help.

Repaired of aortic aneurysm and aortic valve. Prepared me well for surgery and had a literal army of healthcare professionals to assist with the post operative recovery. It is a difficult surgery to take as a patient but you cannot have a better surgeon to help you navigate everything. I was back to work in six weeks full time

Dr. Coselli is my hero. He saved my life on 11/21/2006. That's 10 years that has been given back to me. My other doctors told me, I had no chance of seeing the next day. Then a call came from a man I did not know. He told my doctor what to do. He said get that man to me here at St. Luke's hospital as soon as possible. A few hours later I was there. Dr. Coselli, and his team went to work. As I said, I have been my life back. THANK YOU!! Dr. Coselli

Dr Coselli saved my life. His staff people are all knowledgeable and very dependable. Dr Coselli checks on his patients twice a day while they are in the hospital, and he calls them at home after they leave. He is a good listener and he explains the procedures well. I had a total aorta replacement, which took two surgeries. I will always hold Dr Coselli and his associate, Dr Casar, in the highest esteem. I appreciate them more than I can possibly express. Each day is an extra day.
