Excellent bed side manner, listens and takes time to respond and explain. Discusses options with patient. Responds to phone calls in a timely manner. Would most definitely recommend Dr. DeRose. He is a caring professional.

Horrible, horrible place. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid Dr. Joseph DeRose at all costs!! I had an appointment scheduled with him for about a month regarding some issues I was having with fevers and night sweats and odd bloodwork results. I had been doing better as the appointment neared, and had a new round of blood work done. The front desk lady this office called me and said I don't need my appointment because the Dr. looked at my blood results and they were normal (not entirely true-- one thing was high). I said I would still like to speak with the Dr. just to confirm this and ask if I should take any additional steps. The woman said he would call me and he never called back. Basically, the guy got a free half-hour because he didn't have to see me and then couldn't even be bothered to give me a 3 minute call.
