Dr. Ferguson took the time to inquire a little about me, my lifestyle activities, and then try to connect on a personal level. That bedside manner was appreciated, and increasingly uncommon in healthcare these days in my recent experience. So it was a breath of fresh air. In addition, Dr. Ferguson gave me a handful of treatment / care options, and helped me reach a preferred conclusion about my best care plan that was confidence inspiring. Well done, Dr. Ferguson and team.

I have already recommended Dr. Ferguson to others. He is my new hero. How often does a surgeon listen to what you have to say? Not often, but Dr. Ferguson listens to everything you say, and answers every question. Not only is he an incredible practitioner, he is also a kind man. He has impressed me every time I have met him.

Dr Ferguson has been by far the most caring provider I have ever had to have seen. He took time to help me with my concerns that go along with my back surgery. He took time to go over my MRI and explain what the images meant. I felt so much more at ease and ready to stop procrastinating and have my back fixed finally.

Best Surgery Experience.
DR. Ferguson is very knowledgeable in his field, he uses latest methods, very caring, accessible, AND he is a VERY good surgeon! Today he performed a minimally invasive Hemilaminectomy on two levels L4-L5 & L5-S1 on my back. The surgery was @ 7:30 am, it took two hours, and I’m already back at home in the afternoon after all checks & procedures. (No hospital stay!)Thank you Dr. Ferguson!!

I had a limited time. Several patients in different cubicles simultaneously to be seen. Of course, he didn't have much time to listen to me. But he did explain my case, only that he wanted to ask questions about it.

Dr. Ferguson was absolutely fantastic. In my experience, Doctors don't actually sit down when they come into your room to discuss your care. This is not so for Dr. Joseph Ferguson he came in. He sat down. He answered all of my questions. Even my son who had questions Dr. Ferguson had Answers to my questions. The experience feels me with gratitude.
