I've been going to Dr. Garland at Sure Care for 30 years or more. Over the years the facility has continued to make improvements in both the facility and staff that reflects the changing times. I dearly love Dr. Joe and am devastated to hear he may be retiring. He is the most compassionate, patient centered doctor I know. His treatment and advice is always on point. I deeply appreciate him. Sure Care will suffer a great loss when he retires.

Dr. Garland is always very thorough and checks you as well to make sure any other problems exists. When he refers you to another doctor Dr. Garland is the one who tells you to expect a call or call them.if not in two weeks .Great provider.and doctor I would not go to any other doctor.

In this age of short impersonal doctor visits, it's a breath of fresh air to visit a doctor who is personally interested in his patient's concerns and takes time to listen and have conversations with his patient. Dr. Garland is one the the best!
