Extremely knowledgeable & kind. For 2.5 yrs I had bad experiences down a long path of clinics. Partly fault of primarys recommedations, but a lot of $ & time wasted that could of cost total hearing loss! I was previous sent to: ENT, nuerologist, audiology (hearing aid only), tmj dentist, ear MRI, etc!For 2.5 yrs extreme ringing in ear 24 hrs daily. Finally about 2 months ago my hearing on that side just stopped totally. I called my primary & said I need to find out WHY before i have permanent loss. She FINALLY sent me to Dr. Hegarty. The hearing test at his office was much more detailed than any others. He was excellent at explaining things & also working with my fear of possible pain from probing instruments! It turns out he thought it looked like earwax blocking canal all the way. Nobody else could catch that? He gently removed and halfway thru it popped and sounded like people were screaming! 2 days later my hearing is perfect! UNBELIEVABLY IMPRESSED!

Dr Hegarty and his team of doctors are very knowledgeable. I have both a Cochlear Implant and a hearing aid in other ear and they make sure both are running well together and paired with my phone. Great service.

I have been seeing Dr Hegarty for a couple of years. I have had 2 surgeries and multiple procedures. I always feel like I am fully taken care of. He takes his time during visits and is very clear and thorough. I wish all drs were like him.

Entire experience which lasted about 1 yr was a breath of fresh air. Listened to my symptoms, explained my options in plain English, took steps to correct my problem and told me the truth about all expectations. Read my file and fully prepared themselves for each visit and didn’t expect me to bring them up to speed each time I came in. They were very professional yet made me feel comfortable asking questions and sharing my experiences. I would highly recommend Dr H and his support staff to all.

Dr. Hegarty is an expert in his field, compassionate and responsive. My daughter who is 14 loves having him for her ear specialist.

My family member was promised a phone call back regarding taking very important medication, his office didn't have the courtesy to even call my family member...it was such an important situation, very disappointed

Dr. Hegarty has been my Physician for almost a decade. I trust him explicitly. All of his staff and been very nice over the years.

Front staff was nice. I couldn't tell if the doctor went over any of my test results. He didn't pull them up even when I mentioned them. All he did was refer me to yet another doctor. I asked a few questions and didn't get any explanations. I felt like a cattle being pushed through an assembly line.

He really cares about his patients, and a wonderful surgeon. The office is excellent.

I had an MRI that gave me some anxiety to review my results with Dr Hegarty. When I left his office, I felt relief & got all my concerns answered. His staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend if you need an ENT!

I was unaware when I made the appointment that he preferred not to have patients coming from a long distance. I did tell the scheduler where I was from. I could've saved the expense and time if someone would have told me this. I have seen specialists in Denver so I guess I never thought it would be a problem. Really had my hopes up.
