Was late for appointment I live an hour away. He refused to see me after driving in the rain all that way because I was late. I tried to call the office to let them know but no one answered the phone.

Dr Hollier & Kim Sills
I have been with Dr. Hollier for I believe 8+ years now. I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease in 2010 and switched to his care after researching local gastroenterologist. He and his office have been with me through some rough times. I HIGHLY recommend him and Kim! I also want to recognize the nursing/techs and other staff for always being there for me. Through the Healow App I am able to message them any time I have something going on and they respond quickly to me. Dr. Hollier sent me to a specialist in New Orleans when I was having more severe symptoms in 2017-2018 and I had to have ileocecal resection with an ileostomy, then 4 months later an ileostomy reversal, since then I have been on treatment through Dr. Hollier's office and I have been substantially better than before surgery. Crohns Disease is not an easy illness, I still have rough times, but I want to let others know how thankful I am to have a caring team of medical professionals who do all they can to help me. Thank y'all!

Awesome experience and care
Very nice from start to finish. Did not feel rushed and they always returned my calls. This is what doctor's offices used to be like but you rarely find anymore. Very personable here. Dr. Hollier and Kim are great. Their staff are very caring too. Would recommend. Will continue to use.

WORST STAFF EVER
Not sure how good or bad he is because we never got to actually see Dr H in person, ever. FIRSTwhen we entered the office, for my fathers appt, NO ONE BEHIND THE GLASS WAS WEARING MASKS, after putting hers on, she asks if we have some, ummm no. So she gives us masks , and with in five minutes she throws my husband out for not putting his up over his mouth. She disappeared then returned and i had lowered my mask To speak to my father, because hes hard of hearing, And GESTAPO GERTRUDE behind the glass comes up and says "you HAVEto wear your mask mam." all rude like. and i try to explain my father cant understand me with a mask on because he's hard of hearing. and this woman let out a huge sigh and eye roll that was so offensive. The unmitigated gall and hypocrisy. Find a dr. Whose staff is concerned about the needs of the patient instead of a policy they don't even follow themselves. Zero stars. Horrible place. No respect for their patients.

My dad had a history of ulcerative colitis and many drug allergies. He was having chronic diarrhea, losing weight, no appetite, unable to leave house. Finally got in to see Dr. Hollier. He and pa repeated test on my dad similar to ones done week before and sent him home with no meds, explaining he had too many allergies and they would have to look into it. They had access to his entire 28 years worth of records and all the info as to what worked in the past and they chose to do nothing and wait on test results, which all came back clear just like the similar ones from a week earlier. Both the dr and pa seemed more interested in repeated tests and less interested in trying to treat an 81 year old man who had been suffering for 2 months. He died about three weeks later.

Dr Hollier and his Nurse practioner is great. They both treated me like a person and spent a lot of time. The nurse practitioner called me herself when I had questions. I will not see another stomach doctor. They are the best!
