Dr Hsu is a very Professional, Caring, Expert in his field. The best in the city of Rochester. I would trust him with my life. Out of the kindness of his heart; he chose to close his practice to help our Veterans with their gastro -intestinal health problems; because they served our country; he chose to serve them. Dr. Hsu is irreplaceable !

Dr. Hsu saved my life. 12 years ago he oerformed a colonoscopy on me and discovered that I had colon cancwe. He diagnosed it as stage 1 and was correct. Had D. Hsu not discovered my cancer, I wouldn't be here writing this 12 years later.

I was sorry to to see Mike his PA leave the practice. He was excellent. After Mike left trying to get an appt to see Dr Hsu was almost impossible. I believe Dr Hsu to be an excellent Dr. But he is only as good as his accessability. Experiencing a flare up of intestinal issues. Called office an was given an appt for over 3 months out. Not good clinical practice. Sadly I transferred my care to another provider.

Doctor Hsu did a colonoscopy twice for me and I highly recommend his practice and the people around him. Everything went smooth, thank you very much Doctor Hsu and your crew.

I went to him for 6 months with intestinal issues. All he did were tests. Never any treatment or ideas for improving issue

Dr Hsu is an excellent doctor when you can get to see him which is never you always see his PA Michael. However their office hours are horrible and do not accommodate for anyone who works past 3 PM their office staff provide you with little to no information and make decisions without even contacting the patient. I'm disgusted with this practice and their horrid customer service
