My father can be very stubborn. He had a bad experience about 10 years ago with a St Luke’s cardiologist and refused to go back. After having more heart issues, he agreed to see an MD in Idaho Falls. This was a real problem when he started having heart problems and I had to drive him to Idaho Falls ( from Burley) with only an AED and a prayer. This last summer he was in the hospital visiting a friend who had just had an MI. He met Dr Hymas. He was very impressed... so impressed that he agreed to transfer back to St Luke’s cardiology. Thank you to Dr Hymas. Thank you for taking a few extra minutes during a busy day to talk to my Dad!

I could have stayed home. This is the second time I've seen him when he doesn't listen to my heart. Nice person but I felt like I was wasting his golf time. People I have referred to his office have been treated the same way. Its a500 Mike trip and motel rooms and date not counting the medical bill. The least he could do is humor is and go through the motions.

Dr. Hymas was directly involved in the incorrect placement of my pacemaker which resulted in an immediate do-over and an additional 5 days of hospitalization. I would never see this physician for any reason I could imagine.

I first had problems and my primary care physician wouldn't take me seriously. I ended up in the hospital and He saw me and straight away took me seriously and I ended up with a pacemaker. Whenever I have problems or experience issues, their office responds quickly. I really like Dr. Hymas and how he makes me feel my problems are real and acts appropriately.
