I recently had a case of Pilonidal Disease that was looked at by Dr. Jeanette. He's very knowledgeable and is just simply a very cool guy. He answered all of my questions pre and post-surgery and I had an overall great experience with him. 5 out of 5, I would highly recommend.

Dr. Jeanette did an excellent job removing the mast from my colon. He also repaired my hernia , removed my appendix and cancerous Lymph node. My experience dealing Dr. Jeanette was top notch, he answered all of our questions to the detail, he’s a true professional, I’m glad god brought him into life to perform my surgeries. Also, he has an awesome staff, I got my referral for oncologist with days, they are kind and true professionals . I highly recommend Dr.Jeanette as surgeon to all my friends. If you’re seeking a Great General Surgeon, I’m here to tell you, you have found him. I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor. I’ve been having abdominal issues for many years. No one listened to my pleas for help. I was told so many false things about what was causing my extreme pain. Finally, Dr. Jeanette listened to me. I can now eat food without having severe pain in my abdomen. I haven’t experienced any heartburn so far and I no longer have pus coming out of my belly button. Yes, I have others medical issues but I’m so happy that this one is solved. I’m so humbly appreciative to him for taking the time and effort to help me. I would also like to thank his Anesthesiologist, Dr. Mark Noble from US Anesthesiologist Partners. He did an excellent job as well. I was really nervous before meeting him. Dr Jeannette recently did a hiatal hernia repair and funduplication surgery on me. He is very attentive to what you are saying and listens well. Also very kind and easy to talk to. The surgery follow up was excellent. I would highly recommend him if you are needing surgery.

Everything about the visit was perfect; I was seen “on time”, his staff was pleasant and clearly enjoy working with the doctor. The doctor examined me, explained the problem and the procedure he’d use to treat it. He answered my questions and then proceeded to set up the appointment around my schedule! I give him an enthusiastic “2 thumbs up”!

I went into the ER in excruciating pain and needed to have emergency surgery. I expressed my reservations to Dr. Jeanette. He was very understanding while also reiterating the severity of my condition. He explained everything to me regarding the procedure and left me very secure in his care.

I am a Crohn’s patient. Dr. Jeanette did laparoscopic surgery on my esophagus for Hiatal Hernia, Gerd & Barrett’s esophagus. The doctor explained various aspects before and after my surgery. He is a great surgeon, and followed up with office visits for two years after my surgery to make sure everything was copacetic. If in the future, this lady needs gallbladder surgery he will be my surgeon.

The process was so easy I wish I had it completed long ago.

Though he is a nice enough human being, Dr. Jeanette got some things wrong and my surgery was unsuccessful. I think it's important to leave a review to say not all surgeries are a success so future patients can make informed decisions.

Dr Jeanette was fine as a surgeon, however when an approval was requested from my insurance, it was for a scope... not a lap band removal. No approval was necessary from BCBS for a scope. However, there are strict guidelines regarding where bariatric surgery could be performed. Had the proper approval form been filed, BCBS would have advised that the procedure had to be done at a specific location. The claim was not paid because of where it was performed. Now, I'm getting bills from the hospital, the anesthesiologist and Dr Jeanette for the entire cost of the procedure and no one from Dr Jeanette's office will return my calls or reply to emails to discuss this with me. Extremely disappointed - and have a huge debt hanging over my head!

He's very sweet. Easy to talk to and very helpful. Gets the work done very easily. Greet you with a smile and handshake lol. Very recommended to see ????

Dr. Jeanette listens intently when you ask questions or explaining things to him. Even when you aren't good at explaining. Thank you for your time Dr. Jeanette.
