Dr. Joseph McDonald, MD

Dr. Joe is the kind of doctor everyone wishes they could have. He is kind and patient which is not what you see in medicine today. Moreover, Dr Joe is beyond talented and insightful when it comes to diagnosing and treating medical conditions. Wonderful doctor and an amazing human being.

I was a patient at this office and learned that the office manager, Dwayne Wells, is a felon convicted and prosecuted by the Justice Department for embezzlement. I am very disappointed that Dr Joe allowed my insurance, health and payment information to be shared with a felon convicted of a financial crime without my consent or knowledge. As someone who has been a victim of identity theft in the past, I would have never gone to this office if I had known. I consider it a breach of trust and am disappointed that a doctor would do this to me.

Dr. McDonald has been my GP for a few years now and all I can say is he's the best doctor I've ever had. He actually takes the time to talk to you, hear your questions and then works on a treatment that is most practical for your entire health. I've never felt in better hands.

His front desk staff is horrible ! Every time it’s like someone made them mad so they will talk to you rude. It’s sad because my whole family goes to see Dr. McDonald and he’s an amazing doctor his staff is just too much of a pain to deal with.

Dr McDonald has been my concierge physician for over five years. His manner is infectious. He is well informed and up to date. His office staff is highly qualified. His deputy office staff is welcoming. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. He responds very promptly to text queries. I highly recommend Dr McDonald. I'm so surprised that Dr. McDonald had a 1 review. I love this doctor. I went from one doctor to another before as I didn't like any of them. One of my doctors, one day, had a crazy look in his eyes and I thought that he was a psychopath. I dropped him quickly. Ten years after I read in the paper that he killed his wife with a baseball and accused his son. He is in jail now. Many doctors are bad but Dr. McDonald really cares about his patients and wants the best for them.

Doc Joe treats patients like people - not rushed. He brings back old time medicine. He actually talks to you and listens to your problems. Then develops a plan with your input. Very refreshing - also not like any other doctor I've seen. The reception area is a living room - couch, two stuffed chairs and a large screen TV. Every gets offered coffee, tea or water.
