Dr. Joseph Nassir, MD

His name is under your insurance. But when it comes to writing prior authorization, he is lazy to do it. His staff said it takes long time to do prior authorization.

I have not been able to make an appointment with Dr. Nassir for more than a year. When I call, the office staff offers an appointment 2 weeks later or claims that they will talk to the doctor and get back to me about ordering me some medicine. They never get back to me. My wife called the office and told the staff that I need to be seen because I fall a lot; again the staff stated that the doctor will review my medicines and get back to me. He did not. Finally, I was hospitalized and even in the ER room the attending doctor said that she is not sure if Dr. Nassir will answer her call since he seems to be out of the country traveling a lot. If you want a reliable PCP that is there when you need him, do not go to Dr. Nassir. Most Fridays after 3PM they don't even bother to answer the phone. I have changed my doctor.

Seriously the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Takes all the time you need and never makes you feel rushed. So knowledgeable. Fixed my blood pressure issue in minutes after years of struggle. I can’t thank you enough!

Kim at the office is really not offering any kind of customer service, and is doing a disservice to Dr.Nassir. She needs to go find another job that she enjoys, one where she doesn't need to deal with people.

Ive met with Dr Nassir a few times. I really like him and will definitely use him in the future. A friend, who is a doctor was the one who told me to go to Dr Nassir.

My husband and I love Dr. Nassir. He is extremely professional, caring and best doctor We have ever been to. We highly recommend him.

Office staff are horrible and rude, specially the office manager. If you have an HMO insurance, avoid this place because they will treat you horrible and at times will continue to tell you there's no appointments available to avoid you coming here. PPO patients get priority in this office and HMO will get removed off the appointment list by the office manager in hopes you won't call back to to reschedule.

Not just sn excellent doctor, an amazing human being. Treats his patients with dignity.
