Not just a doctor, but an educator
Dr. Pinciotti is the first doctor I can remember that seems to be enthused about teaching me about what he's doing and why. He consistently explains to me what he's thinking about my health, and the medicine behind it. Highly recommend.

Mr. Pinciotti was the on-call doctor at my primary care physician's office. I called as I was feeling very sick and my blood pressure was alarmingly high. He called me back and left no voicemail in the morning. I wasn't sure if it was the on-call doctor so I called back only to be greeted with a man yelling: "WHAT WAS SO IMPORTANT YOU HAD WAKE ME UP AT 3 IN THE MORNING?! HUH?!" I was startled and immediately apologized. He then proceeded to shout repeatedly "WHAT DO YOU NEED EMILY? WHAT DO YOU NEED?!" before abruptly hanging up on me. I ended up in Urgent Care that same day and tested positive for Covid.

Callous, narcissistic attitude towards me (17F). When he injected my hand wound with lidocaine, which is a painful procedure because of its low pH, I began to murmur in pain, and he responded "What?" like there was something wrong with me. When I cried in pain, he started laughing. I was sobbing and asking what happened while he continued to laugh at me. I felt really poorly about myself. As the procedure continued, my mom tried to distract me by asking me about posters on the wall. I asked her to please not ask me questions, because I did not prefer it in this case. The doctor scolded me, "She did not ask you any questions." I felt like his injection into our conversation was an overstep. His treatment of me made me feel helpless and disrespected because I'm only a minor, and I trusted him to guide me through this procedure as a professional while I cooperated my best--though I screamed in pain, I kept my hand still. I hope no other patients have to go through this.

This doctor is amazing! I went in today for a uti after leaving Saint Mary’s obgyn group bc the would not give me antibiotics for a UTI. Thankfully this doctor took the time to see how bad it was and That waiting 48hrs for growth results in the urine would only leave me with a worse infection and in even more pain.

Baby was feverish the night before our trip, but seemed fine the next day before we left, and we panicked a bit, needing reassurance before we embarked on a road trip . Whole staff was efficient and professional, very thorough. Doc gave assurances that our son was fine, but also issued paper rx in case something became apparent and those fleeting symptoms returned while traveling or early the next day. What comfort that we had backup plans while traveling. These people know parents' worries.

Really disappointed in the care we received at Premier Urgent Care for our infant daughter. Patient Instructions he provided at check-out were 100% not discussed nor did they line up w actual symptoms. We left with no more knowledge than we entered with... he did not properly address question or appropriately acknowledge our concerns. And, to top it off he sent us away with an antibiotic prescription when there was zero sign of infection. Service was quick... but pointless. Staff was great.
