Terrible experience.

I had a recent surgery and he asked hoe it went. He also asked which doctor I will be following up with about the tumor that was removed and asked if he could follow up with the doctor also. I asked for a referral to and ENT and after listening to my concerns, he gave me that referral. I asked him to check a lump on the back of my neck. He told me that I will need surgery to remove it. He also gave me a referral to a general surgeon. I left the office feeling like Dr. Raccuglia paid attention to all of my concerns and gave me the means to follow up with additional medical care that I needed.

I asked for a refill of my cold sore medication just to have on hand in the event of a re-occurrence. Because of this I was charged for an office visit. I was aware that if I discussed any problems I would be charged for an office appointment. This was not a discussion and I would never make an appoint for a minor issue like this. Also on the invoice was a charge of $40 and paid by the insurance company for a 15 minute alcohol screening. I do not drink and completed a questioner stating such. He made $40 just to read that I do not drink. An additional $40 for a depression screening. Dr. is aware I am under the care of another doctor but still charged the insurance company for something he should not have. The entire visit was very short as he sped through my blood results. A total waste of my time and insurance company funds taking advantage of the system. What he did I'm sure was not technically wrong but merely taking advantage of the system and ethically wrong.

Unable to reach DrRaccuglia by phone. His staff are inconsiderate and unprofessional. The doctor is uncaring, I’m just an insurance claim, which he overbills.

Dr. Raccuglia has been my doctor for many years. He has always accommodated my requests and has been helpful and kind. His staff is comforting and caring too. Particularly during the Pandemic, Dr. RACCUGLIA has been very responsive. I am so very lucky to have him as my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Raccuglia’s for over 20 years - Dr. Raccuglia is an outstanding physician. Recently, if it wasn’t for Dr. Raccuglia foresight that he pick up on an Afib issue that no one else realized - I may have been a candidate for a possible stroke problem. Thanks to Dr. Raccuglia, I am in check and my heart rate is back in rythem.

Coming from Brooklyn, I was very attached to my doctors out there. I even continued to make appointments in Brooklyn after moving to Freehold, Until I found Dr Raccuglia. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He is very thorough and attentive. With his help I am now in better health than I have been in the last 15 years. Having a doctor who cares about you is not easy to come by. He is one of the great ones! His staff is great as well. I have never had to wait for an appointment.

had to give 1 star but def doesn't deserve it. the wait is ridiculous. this Dr. charges by the ailment , via ala carte. if your there for a cold , do not mention ur bad back or he will bill u for it. very ,very, very expensive . find out before hand what the cost will be. for what he charges you can see a specialist or go to the hospital. staff struggles to come up w reasons for the exorbitant fees +15.00 pr mnth if pay late lastly he is just not that good . the wait is also ridiculous.

As a Long time patient, I highly recommend Dr. Raccuglia. My family and I are all seen by Dr. Raccuglia, and always have received excellent attention, service, advice. The office always makes room to see us in emergencies the same day!!!! If there is a major concern, he will immediately call you and give you proper direction.

Dr. Raccuglia is a caring physician who never tries to rush you through your visit but takes time to listen to your concerns. He's knowledgeable and efficient in treating me for several ailments. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Raccuglia for over 10 years. Recently I have had several medical issues causing me great anxiety. Dr. Raccuglia addressed each issue with the utmost of concern and compassion. Dr. Raccuglia's staff, especially Robin and Ashley are incredibly professional and organized in dealing with insurance requirements for scheduling tests and specialist referrals. If I call for an unscheduled visit, I am always accommodated with an appointment for that same day.

Recently I had a some what scary diagnosis which needed further testing. When I called the office Robin and Ashley went above and beyond to not only help me schedule the test but they also took the time to talk to me, to reassure me and to just listen. Dr Racuglia and his staff treat their patients as if they are family, Thank you all for the help and kindness you showed me.

I have been going to Dr. Raccuglia for years and followed him even though he moved further away. I found 2 other Doctors that I wanted to go back to and they were specialists. He has even had a few medical students at different times, so I see he is helping with the future of medicine.

Whenever a specialist is needed Dr. Raccuglia has reputable referrals to doctors you will be comfortable with. Dr. Raccuglia's professionalism shows in his treatment during office visits.
