Dr. Rectenwald performed an I&D on my right arm. I had group A staph in it. The general surgeon didn't even want to touch it, so he let Joe take charge. He performed it twice about 3 weeks apart because it never killed the infection. One of the best doctors I've ever seen. 5 stars

Dr. Rectenwald performed surgery to release two trigger thumbs. From the initial office visit to the surgery, he and everyone else I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Rectenwald was genuinely concerned and took the time to explain the problem and the procedure and answered any questions I had. Since it was outpatient surgery, I went home that day and late that afternoon he called to check on me. I would highly recommend Dr. Rectenwald to others and I would not hesitate to return to him if I ever have another problem with my hands.

I broke my wrist in 4 places. I was recommended to Dr Rectenwald by a Dr friend and it was the best recommendation I’ve ever received. I had surgery and it worked out great. He is a miracle worker. I can’t say how much I appreciate his kindness and concern not to mention you would never know how bad it was. If you need a wrist Dr he should be your first choice. You may have to wait but I promise it will be worth it.

Dr. Rectenwald put my arm, wrist & hand back together after a horrible injury. He saved all. I know the Lord was working thru this outstanding caring surgeon. Im forever grateful to him.

Wonderful physician, from the initial visit to the follow up appointment. He was very professional, explained surgery thoroughly, excellent bed side manner and surgeon. Even personally called over the weekend following surgery. Highly recommend Dr Rectenwald
