I feel so very blessed to have found Dr Schwab. There has never been a time where he has made me feel rushed. He listens to you, and explains any questions you have. His surgical skills have helped me greatly. I would not trust my back with any other doctor.

I have had the best care from Dr. Schwab and his team, Dr. Cronin, and Tricia Gordon NP. I recently had lumbar laminectomy and partial disk work and felt fantastic the very next day.MGH is truly a caring hospital from the pre-op all the way through the OR, recovery, and room care. The personal who took care of me , top notch, very caring, and alert to your needs. Dr. Schwab knew exactly where my issue was and took care of it. I am forever grateful for Dr. Schwab. You have an amazing team working to take care of your patients, including your front desk who keeps your patients informed of setbacks.

Dr. Schwab performed back surgery on me in 2010 which kept me out of a wheelchair. In 2016 he performed neck surgery which gave me back the full use of my arms. He is a miracle worker.

Very happy, lower disk injury with several months of pain and considerate left leg issues. Surgery at Mass General Hospital was scheduled very fast and and completed quickly. The surgery was completed on a Tuesday morning and by Thursday I was up and about with only ibuprofen needed for meds. Its Friday morning after the surgery and i feel great. no pain at all accept for the incision which is only minor and the fear that is stuck in my head from the previous three months of unpredictable pain

Preformed a microdisectomy, 1 hour procedure, remembered getting wheeled in, then waking up in recovery. Walking hours later with virtually no leg pain. The post op pain was as expected, but all in all this is something I should have done months ago. Had 2nd opinion at NEB and opted for MGH. I would highly recommend MGH spine clinic and this doctor specifically.
