Came in early (before clinic) and saw my wife and arranged for transfer and after hour sinus surgery. Went above and beyond to help!

Dismissed my symptoms and said they will go away. My primary doctor was having me see a speech therapist which I felt was helping. Dr. Seymour said if symptoms were not gone in 3 weeks, we would address whether I should see a speech therapist then.

Knowable and personable. He took time to ask questions about my history before the exam. He explained what he was doing & the instrumentation involved. I'd recommend him.

I saw Dr. Seymour for an issue with clogged Eustachian tubes. Dr. Seymour contradicted what the Audiologist I had seen said, told me nothing was wrong . I went back to speak with the Audiologist I had seen for clarification and he explained his interpretation of the testing that was performed looked at more subtle degrees of blockage in the Eustachian tubes. It would be one thing to say there is little to be done but to negate a person's experience is hard to understand and to contradiction a colleague who saw the patient just minutes before is truly bizarre. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

He was one of the nicest and most caring doctors i have had. I was so nervous when I went in since I had a previous doctor who was no help. He broke things down that made it easier for me to understand and help me stay calm before a procedure. He really cares about his patients, i called many times with questions and got me in quickly when needed. also he remembered personal details I told him about myself and would ask how things are going. I only have one other doctor who does that, it's great

Spoke too fast and when I asked several times to slow down, got condescending with me. Said "We can help you find ways to cope with this.", suggested something called ear-aerobics (something he admitted he has not looked into himself or recommends) and that was it. He refused to help me get new hearing aids because my test didnt show a need. After he was done with me, he took me to a weird area and left me with my clipboard. His receptionist was amazing and helped me figure out what to do.
