You know he's a very flowing person, very easy to be able to communicate with, and it sticks to others too. When I had a issue come up with post op him and his team did there absolute best and the thing is they want to be there and it's a passion not a paycheck to them. Helping others be able to be better than what they once was is what it's all about. Happy to be able to be helped by him.

Dr. Smith performed my gallbladder surgery at Novant Hospital. I found Dr. Smith to be warm, caring, and a darn good surgeon. I had some complication related to a tumor discovered during the pre surgical CT Scan. Dr. Smith ordered a biopsy to be sure the tumor was not cancerous, thankfully it was not. As soon as to the tumor issue was resolved we proceeded with the gallbladder removal. I am pleased to say the surgery was a success and I was back to my old self in no time. I was thankful for his care and caution with my well being. He is a good man and a great doctor. Also, Novant Hospital was wonderful. Brunswick county is lucky to have this hospital to care for our community.

My experience with Dr. Smith was the upmost ! I surely will follow him wherever he goes, he amputated my leg and now he has taken my heart as he no longer practices in Shelby,NC. I wiil miss him greatly and professionally. The Best, and may the wind be at his back !
