Amazing Experience
Dr Song performed my vasectomy and did an amazing job. The initial office visit was quick and thorough. The actual procedure was about 30 mins and I have not had any issues or complications. He made the process easy and helped calm my nerves.

No respect for your time!
Dr. Song (or maybe the office manager) has absolutely no respect for his patients. My initial pre-surgery visits were a long enough wait, but at least under an hour. He kept my wife and me waiting two hours for my post-surgery visit, then said it was too late in the day to remove my catheter, because the office would be closed if there were any problems. So he sent me home to REMOVE MY CATHETER MYSELF the next morning. My supposed 3 month follow-up visit was cancelled by doctor Song just a couple days before it was scheduled, even though they'd sent me an endless stream of texts asking me to keep confirming the I'd show up. Then they couldn't manage to squeeze me in until 6 days short of 6 months - for a 3 month follow-up! After showing up the requested 15 minutes before my appointment time and waited in line to check in. After that, I only had the patience to wait an hour today AFTER my appointment time. When they said they couldn't tell me how much longer it would be, I told them
