The visit in person was fine and easy gping. Took 3 weeks to get anyone to call me regarding my sons lab work. He had an MRI 9 days ago. I have called everyday mulitple times and left mulitiple messages for the last 4 days with no response. Tomorrow is Friday and the office will be closed and Christmas is on Monday. The fact there is no way to reach this office directly is absurd and it takes days to get a return call and apparently weeks for test results.

Worst doctor I've dealt with
My son had a MRI ten days ago. I have called repeatedly to try and speak with someone, you can't speak to a person, they make you leave a message and nobody calls you back. Still waiting on a call.

Dr. Tresmonte has been working with us for almost 1 year. My son had a sudden severe gran meal seizure and after quick review diagnosed my son with epilepsy. Dr. Tresmonte has listened to my concerns and I believe has put on the best path to manage my sons seizures.

This review is from many years ago when our son was still young enough to see a pediatric specialist. In short, Dr. Trasmonte was outstanding. He saw our son for years, and we always received superb treatment. And Dr. Trasmonte always treated us and our son with the utmost of compassion and professionalism. If we could still use him, we would. I can't recommend a physician any higher than I do now for Dr. Trasmonte.

I like that he takes time with us to discuss concerns and encourages us though tough times. Wait time is not long as some other offices we have been to. When we could not get seizures under control he sent us to a facility for more testing.

Staff does not get messages to the doctor in any kind of timely fashion. Not even when someone needs medicine refills that are vital for a child.

I would like to say that I could leave a good review...but seeing as how I have been calling, leaving messages and have been hung up on....I can't even make an appointment because of the lack of help from his office. I have heard great things about Dr. Trasmonte and would like to bring my child to him but his office staff is apparently horrible.
