I only wish I had found Dr. Woods sooner. If you are considering a breast reduction; you have found the right surgeon. He will make you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him. I knew I was in capable hands. I am an extremely happy patient!

After my amazing consultation I proceeded with my reduction surgery. From the very start to the end of the surgery and postop appts I could not have had a better outcome and experience. This man is nothing but a true gentleman and God sent miracle worker. He literally saved my life with my surgery because they found stage 1 ductal carcinoma after my surgery and we had no idea. He has been doing these surgeries for 30 years and I was literally the 3rd person to have this. I can’t thank God for having this man cross my path and for his kindness and compassion for others as they are told these types of news. He is absolutely truthful and amazing. Dr. Woods gave the exact results I was looking for with my breast augmentation. He spent so much time with me in his office making sure he knew exactly what I wanted and help guide me in the right direction as far as size. Dr. Woods is so kind, compassionate, patient and always makes me feel very comfortable. He is incredibly skilled and gave me beautiful results that look natural but aren't too big for me to continue doing the athletic things I like to do. I would highly recommend Dr. Woods to anyone! Well as a nurse I have met alot of doctors but Dr woods is different from any Ive met. He truly cares about his patients and outcomes and treats all around hin with dignity. He is very skilled and concerned almost perfectionistic! I would not go to any other doctor but gim as lo g as he is in practice!

Dr. Woods and his staff are incredible. I had a bilateral mastectomy in September 2021 and Dr. Woods did my tissue expanders and reconstruction (2022). The reconstruction process was delayed by my chemotherapy and he was so compassionate and took time to answer every single question I had along the way. A phenomenal experience with Dr. Woods, as well as his entire office staff (especially Shannon). I had an implant rupture during a routine mammogram @ Northside and conducted extensive research before selecting Dr. Woods (steer clear of assembly line practices in my POV, like the Swan Center BTW, who gave me an inferior implant). Dr. Woods is the Head of Plastic Surgery @ Piedmont Hospital and is a well educated individual who works with you to determine the best course of treatment. He didn't try to upsell me on other procedures, and even steered me away from a breast lift that I thought I might need. He helped me evaluate all options for removal and replacement of my inferior implants. He guided me through implant type and size choices and with his help, I was able to select the best replacement options for my age and body size. Surgery was a breeze, recovery was great and my follow-up appointment perfect. No surprises or discomfort. Many choices in ATL but Woods was GREAT!

Dr. Woods is one of the most compassionate physicians I've ever met. I was apprehensive about having elective breast reduction surgery. I had heard Dr. Woods' name floating around for a while about being the best surgeon for breast reduction in the metro Atlanta area. I was not dissapointed in the results of my surgery. It has literally changed my quality of life for the better! Everyone in the office played a part in this surgery being successfully scheduled. Everyone was friendly, patient, & of course helpful with all the paperwork.

My consultation with Dr Woods was by far the WORST doctor's appointment I have ever had in my long history of doctor's appointments. I left his office in tears after he spent the entire time bashing my general surgeon who was to perform my mastectomy. I could not believe the lack of professionalism and disregard for empathy displayed by Doctor Woods. I was already feeling vulnerable and scared for my upcoming surgery, and he only made matters far worse. He should be ashamed of himself.

It has been 25 years since Dr. Woods performed my plastic surgery after a double mastectomy. I still think about how kind and encouraging he was during this extremely stressful time and what an incredibly successful TRAM flap reconstruction he performed. I have had no issues in all this time and I want to thank Dr. Woods for what he has done to make my life better by making my body whole again.
