Terrible billing practices
I received a bill, likely for a family member since I never saw this doctor. The issue is that I already paid the bill in Aug 2024. Luckily, I remembered the name of the doctor. It is impossible to get ahold of her, and the system they are using is unreliable, so I originally had to mail a payment through my bank.

Complete waste of time. The Dr. could not access the patient's records, insisted I had carpal tunnel despite my fingers being deformed and all symptoms are typical of arthritis. Dr. Aloot needs to retire.

First visit and her Staff was incredibly kind. I arrived early and loved how they interacted with the patients and each other. Dr. Aloot was very thorough, asked direct questions, gave a full exam. I have seen 3 other doctors that did not do this. I wish more doctors were like her. I really feel she cares about my prognosis. She may not be the right type of specialist I need but she is interested in my case and made me feel like she isn't just going to send me home with no direction.

Dr. Aloot is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgable and listens thoroughly. She explains the tests results and watches over you carefully. She prescribes carefully, and her suggestions are effective. She is friendly and professional. I've had complete confidence with Dr. Aloot and have driven back to stay with her practice after I moved.
