Dr. Josephine Weeks, MD

DR WEEKS is an amazing doctor and person. Both of my children have been going to her for over 11 years. She took over when my yes I said my dr retired DR. H. K. She was nothing but helpful and understanding. We are all sad that you are now retired Dr weeks. Unfortunately, I cannot get ahold of the doctor nor the office at the number ending in 4090. I preferred to talk to the doctor directly about my concerns of the visit we had on 9/26; however, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. The appointment was for my baby's 4 month vaccines as a new patient. We had to wait for a long time to be attended to and Dr. Weeks came in to inform us that she needed to check if the vaccines were available and then returned to tell us that the HIB vaccine was not available because it was expired. There were some moments where I started doubting her expertise because she wasn't very clear in responding to questions. The one thing I sincerely did not appreciate was her examining my daughter's body and private areas without gloves. She called a few hours that same day saying that she had the HIB vaccine and that we could come back for it. This was an inefficient, inconvenient, and disappointing service.

She explains things well and is very personable. When my son was being difficult, she got down on the floor with him to continue her examination.

This visit was a virtual visit. When the admin messed up our appointment time, she personally called me to make sure we had our scheduled appointment. She is very proactive. She always goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. My boys feel totally comfortable talking to her and look forward to seeing her. I wish I would have had her as their doctor since they were babies.
