I went in because I was sick with a could that my glands in my neck became swollen and he would not do anything for the infection that he thought it was until I completed a cat scan with contrast that the soonest I could book was over a month out. I questioned him as to why such a drastic test needed to be performed with what I assumed would be a very long wait and he said to take pain medication over tbr counter and refused to discuss this matter any more but he did against my objections order a swab for strep throat that I told him I knew I didn't have as I have had them in the past that came back neg.

I would never see him again. Cold, rigid, And in my opinion, Is very unprofessional. I made the initial appointment for back pain. The pain went down but I also had heart fluttering and a nasty cough. He seemed rather bothered that I was there for something other than my back pain. I told him I was very emotional because I was sick. My mother had passed and it was Easter. I was also placed in the same room that My mother and I shared before she passed. All he seemed concerned with was me seeing a psychiatrist to get a diagnosis. I told him I have a therapist and what I needed is to deal with me being sick. That life is hard and eventually I would deal with this. He kept pushing it, then. He added it to my chart and did zero for me being sick. If he had spent half the time on me that he did writing in my chart instead of giving me some compassion and telling me it's gonna be ok. I wouldn't be writing this. RUN...

Really helpful and easy to talk to. Really cares about his patients even though it was my first time seeing him, likely to switch to him if possible

Dr Bartlett took the time to answer all my questions and explained all my recent bloodwork results. Appreciated the time he dedicated to my appointment. His nurse was great as well.
