The best doctor ever!
Dr. Brown has treated myself, my husband and my mother-in-law for many years. Dr. Brown is a kind and caring doctor. He truly cares about you and it shows. He goes beyond to make sure that you are getting the best possible care, diagnostic tests and referrals to provide you with optimal care. Dr. Brown is so knowledgeable and we all trust him so much, he has taken care of us better than any doctor we've ever had. My sweet mother in law is turning 100 this year and she adores Dr. Brown. Mom's exact words to me on our way home today after her visit to Dr. Brown.... 'He's so easy to talk to, he really listens and he really cares about me. I'm so happy he's my doctor!' Mom, you couldn't have said it any better! The staff is amazing too, everyone there is so nice, they remember you and remember your name. Dr. Brown and his staff always respond in a very timely manner which is rare these days and much appreciated by us! Thank you Dr. Brown and staff!

Does not spend time with patient. Does not reconcile medication. Orders labs but does not follow up. Office staff do not follow standards of care (hand washing, using a wet alcohol swab when giving a shot, etc.). I also generally question Neena's medical competancy. On the upside, people are kind, it is generally easy to get an appointment, and he does answer his cellphone or text back.

I was informed by the staff that I can no longer see Dr. Brown in person unless I pay $5000 a year for the privilege! I was dumbfounded by this and told the woman so. She then became rude when I pointed out the irony of this as doctor patients and doctors have been able to see one another with insurance for many many decades. When she then quickly answered “ oh but you have access to Dr. Brown, usually without an appointment“ I laughed and said $5000 for the privilege of seeing Dr. Brown without an appointment! I asked further if perhaps he would see me in the hospital if I ever were to get truly sick. She answered that’s not usually done but he might stop by. Wow

Doctor Brown is superb in all regards. He has been my personal physician for about 10 years, and is always available and willing to help / respond to my medical needs. He has gone incredibly above and beyond any expected duty with regard to the Covid 19 practice. He has offered drive through diagnostic services and has extensively and expensively remodeled his office physically and in appointment scheduling to reduce the risk of spreading Covid 19. He has been extremely proactive in finding places and ways for his patients to be immunized. He is a master at all aspects of internal medicine, and I commend him highly. He is so good that I willingly commute 3.5 hours each way to receive his thoughtful care. Knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, careful - there are not enough such words to apply to him. He actually listens carefully to his patients! I am privileged to receive his medical care!

Dr. Brown is an excellent physician. He’s very knowledgeable and accurate with his diagnosis! I wish he would also practice at Espanola Hospital where he would be mostly needed, but then he has only two hands....he must have two brains......he’s totally brilliant!

Dr. Brown and his staff won't give you the time of day. His NP takes my blood pressure manually in a single heartbeat -- which is of course not accurate, but she, like everyone else in this office, is in a hurry. Dr. Brown won't return phone calls, seldom looks up from the computer, and sent me home with a print-out saying I was at high risk of stroke or heart attack, something he neglected to mention in the brief period of time he condescended to speak face-to-face with me. This guy doesn't care about his patients, as far as I can tell.

IMS is s badly run doctors office and Josh is a careless and negligent doctor who is too busy to listen patients and very quick to hand out prescriptions without understanding a patient’s full background. Don’t waste your time with IMS and Josh Brown if you’re looking for quick, professional and courteous medical care.
