Dr Cohen has a terrible bedside manner and treats his patients as if he doesn't care about you or your problems. The waiting time was rather long, but the environment was nice. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't like the way that I was treated and will never go back to see Dr Cohen.

I have seen endocrinologists throughout the US over the past 10 years. I have never been forced to wait on the phone with a minimum wait time of 20 mins before reaching someone until Dr. Cohen's office at GW. Appointment wait time is 1 hr on avge (at most 2 hrs) to see Dr. On multiple occasions, he prescribed me meds that weren't covered by my insurance, as well as the wrong dosage. It took me approximately 5 months before he actually prescribed the correct meds. Didn't take my A1C at last visit

I found Dr. Cohen's bedside manner to be extremely rude. He didn't introduce himself until about five minutes after he came in, didn't knock after i had been changing, and was rough during the exam.

Zero stars. Has very poor bedside manner and I refuse to see him again. He examined me silently through most of my appointment, grabbed at my limbs without explaining what he was checking for, and in general treated me as an inconvenience. Additionally, he put in the wrong (urgent) prescription for me and didn't bother to fix it before a long weekend. I had to spend the weekend without the medication because of his error and inaction.

I was notified on an appt scheduled for 12/12, asking me to confirm. There was nothing on the form that allowed me to cancel or postpone. It didn't even give me a contact # where I could call to cancel. I looked up the # and tried to call Dr. Cohen's office. A recording said the message box was full and could not record any message from me. I am 67 years old and NEVER have I got such a message from any Dr. office. Not a good sign! My experience leaves me lacking in confidence.
