i felt the 3 1/2 years that i used his office , more like a number then a patient. his staff are great. but he was extremly unprofessional . he blamed his mistakes on the nurses, and didnt take any consideration how i felt with the medications. i told him i dont feel right with the medications he said its all in my head. i did multiple medication cycles, 5 iui, 2 ivf cycles, and all failed . by the iui and medication cycles he kept on lying . by the 1st ivf cycle i did not see him at all. a night before the retrievel one of his nurses left me a voicemail that i wont be able to bring a fresh sperm sample since my partners bloodwork is not up to date, which should have been checked 2 weeks before even starting the cycle . the 2nd ivf cycle he was rude and kept blaming his back pain for his moods.( i only saw him then 2 times) .

Hi I got to Know Dr. Klien and used his office for two cycle treatments...I am Overly impressed from his personality and understanding!!! He has a excellent staff, the secretary Toby is overly patient and caring and returning calls within the day always so amazingly answering all questions ...I am so so impressed! There care is the best I've ever experienced in any doctors office!!
