Dr. Joshua Landa, MD

I have been with Dr. Landa for approx. 5 yrs. Dr Landa always takes time and explained everything clearly and I totally trust him. His office staff is friendly and always gets back to you. The only complaint that I have is sometimes it takes the office long to get back to you. I was recommend Dr. Landa to anyone.

Dr Landa performed ACDF surgery on me. If I could give him 10 stars instead of maximum 5 here I definitely would. I initially went to Dr Landa with unbearable nerve pain from my neck down my arms, hands. He was thorough in his evaluation, very informative and caring. His staff was second to none as well, very helpful in everything. I feel so much better, pain is now minimal and improving every day. He left almost no scar in my neck.... and it's only been three months... Dr Landa is a Gem. Thank you!!

Dr. Landa performed back surgery on me. Pre op,he took his time to answer any and all questions, made sure I understood the procedure that was to be done and how it was going to be done.He is very approachable and kind. Post op he took the time to explain to my wife how the surgery went, what to expect and most important he said to call him anytime with concerns or questions. My wife is a registered nurse and could not be more pleased with how this turned out and how well I am doing. The office staff is wonderful to deal with. Brian (the office manager) was always available to answer questions regarding insurance etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Landa

Dr. Landa performed surgery on my upper part of my spine. One day is started having pain and could not lift my left arm up. By the time I was sent to see Dr. Landa the pain was unbearable. Once he saw the MRI, he knew exactly what was wrong and how to correct it. What I love the most was that he took his time to explain everything to me and then to my husband. The surgical center staff were very nice. Dr. Landa knows his job well.

We drove 48 miles from breezy Point to get there, and it’s worth it. They are simply the best from top to bottom. Dr landa and his staff check all the boxes. I highly recommend them

Dr. Landa provided the most medically advanced solution(s) to my slipped disk via endoscopic surgery spinal fusion. Recovery time was quite short - perhaps 12 weeks in total including physical therapy. The office staff was completely professional responding to both calls and emails within an hour at most. Pain management was straight forward. The back brace supplied excellent support. Both pre and post surgery diagnosis were well-managed. Dr. Landa's surgical strategy was the least invasive.

I would recommend Dr. Landa 100% to anyone who is experiencing back issues. I had a herniated disc and was in a tremendous amount of continuous pain. Dr. Landa made time to see me almost immediately, reviewed my MRI results, gave me an examination, explained in plain English to me my condition, made sure I had adequate measures to keep comfortable and within 2 weeks I was scheduled for procedure to correct my condition. I am now on the road to recovery and pain free. Dr. Landa 100%

Dr. Landa performed surgery on my lower back to correct a chronic sciatic pain issue. I was very impressed by the level of care and professionalism that I received from the time of my initial consultation through my post surgery evaluations. Dr. Landa and his entire staff, especially Brian and Sandra, were pleasant, courteous, and responsive to all of my questions and needs. They always returned my calls and frequently followed up on my condition. I am now pain free thanks to Dr. Landa.

Dr Landa and his staff are so In sync with each other. I eventually needed a a spinal fusion some rods and screws. The approach they took was a step by step education. The pain management along with Brian making sure all paperwork was done fast. I felt that spoke to me as part of their own family member. There was no rush to surgery we moved as quickly as I wanted to. It made it easier to make decisions. Dr Landa and Brian are the best in the field. I will recommend them. I thank them for all.

When I first went for a consultation with Dr. Landa I was in agony. I had exhausted my options with pain management and unfortunately surgery was the only option left. After our consult ion , my fear and apprehension was put to rest. I am now 5 weeks in recovery from a discectomy and doing great! My pain is gone and my life is slowly getting back to normal! Dr. Lands is wonderful doctor and surgeon. He was recommended to me on an emergency basis. He was booked for surgeries but due to my pain and trauma, he scheduled me for my surgery immediately. He's caring, patient, knowledgeable and such a great person. He's very professional and trustworthy. I recommend him for back and spine surgeries. His staff is professional, friendly and caring....Brian is such a pleasur. Everyone is great.

I had an endoscopic lumbar rhizotomy (L3 thru L5 on both sides) that Dr. Landa performed at St. Barnabas Hospital. I cannot say enough GOOD about this Doctor !! I have rarely been this impressed with how well this doctor handled my situation, he was thorough, educated me on how he can help me, and here I am post surgery 6 weeks later and after my last office visit - I AM PAIN FREE !! My brother took me for my surgery, he was even impressed with Dr. Landa when he discussed the surgery with us.

Not only is Dr. Landa very knowledgeable and extremely talented, he also has a great deal of respect for his patient. Every time I met with the doctor or spoke to him on the phone I was never rushed. He took the time necessary to listen to my concerns and to address them until I felt comfortable. I have learned to have a great deal of respect in return for this amazing doctor. And by the way, I had a fusion L4 to L5 with rods and screws and was back to work in five days and driving. WOW

I have been experiencing neck pain for about 2 years, a doctor referred me to Dr. Landa, from my MRI he was able to locate the 2 disk in my neck that was causing me extreme pain. In December Dr Landa had surgery on me to replace the disk or what he calls a Cervical Discectemy Fusion and today I can truly say I have no pain and the surgery was a success. It's going to take some time for me to completely be heeled. I want to say thank you to Dr. Joshua Landa for giving me my life back.

I would highly recommend Dr. Landa. Not only is he a very caring as well as a great surgeon, he has the staff to back him up. Brian, Rita and Josine are just a few of the wonderful employees behind him. I was in pain for almost 3 years after my accident. Had shots, etc....but nothing seemed to work.
