Rude
This guy is rude and condescending. He makes you feel you are wasting time. Provided no help and stated he could help. When I asked if he had a hand brace, he said well I can look and see if I can find one laying around somewhere. Wait time 30 minutes. Dr's visit 15 minutes. Which was 15 minutes of totally looking down on you. Insurance charge $300. Don't waste your time because you would just waste his.

Elbow pain
Dr. Moss nailed my diagnosis. I was having a lot of intermittent elbow pain that was severely limiting activities. He explained what was wrong and how I could correct it. Golfers or Tennis elbow. We made a follow-up appointment, but I cancelled it, I am doing great. Highly recommend.

Not good!! Didn’t explain the operation well. Didn’t see me postop until I called him out on it. Saw a PA postop. Was told by appointment lady he doesn’t see patients postop. Saw him on second visit still having extreme pain & swelling 6 weeks out after complaining to the assistant that took me back to see the PA. Obvious he didn’t look at the PT’s report that had been sent. He said I would not need to go to PT, but the PA sent me. Not going back for second carpal tunnel surgery on my other hand. He said he explained how painful it would be, but he had not. My Husband was with me and told him he was with me , and he had not!

Dr. Moss is very professional, l personable, caring and knowledgeable. I saw him as an emergency patient with a broken elbow, at the University of Tennessee, Turkey Creek office. I saw him four times and felt he displayed these qualities at each visit, even though the first visit was unscheduled. He went the extra mile in looking at something suspicious on my x-Ray, referring me for follow up. I would see him again and recommend him.

When I first saw Dr. Moss, I didn't know what to think. He wasn't very talkative and quite serious. I did my research and found he was military, which explains his matter-of-fact demeanor, which I'm used to coming from a military family. He listed my options and I chose the conservitive route but ended up having to have surgery anyway. He did an excellent job on my shoulder and the follow up care is great.

I was admitted as a trauma patient and am extremely grateful Dr. Moss was on call that day. Dr. Moss discussed the operation with me, and made me feel very comfortable in his ability to repair my badly broken ankle. The care I received after the surgery by Dr. Moss and his staff has been phenomenal, as they truly care about their patient’s outcome. I would certainly recommend him.

There is no chance of recommending Dr. Moss to anyone I know. I have never been treated so rudely. We were referred to him by the Emergency room and I will not return. He had no solutions, no recommendations and was just down right rude.
