Compassionate and talented surgeon
In 2023 I had two surgeries performed by Dr. Press and his team at First Hill Medical Center in Seattle. Every person on the team was professional, approachable, and encouraging. The outcomes were excellent and I healed relatively quickly. I highly recommend this surgeon and his team.

Very thorough, very explanative
My daughter and I found Dr Press to be thorough in explaining the situation, the various treatment options and the risks involved. My surgery, done robotically, went extremely well and recovery was very easy. His post op visit was again thorough and informative of expectations, risks and recommendations. All in all, he gets the “Atta Boy.” I was prepared to be unimpressed, but came away very impressed. His staff also deserve mention, as they were friendly, helpful, and very supportive.

Please please I urge you to never use Dr. Press. He almost costed a close loved one of mine her life. He is unknowledgeable and untrustworthy. Due to HIPAA I cannot go into details about what he did. But all I ask is you use another doctor for your care. I beg you if you care about your family to not go to Dr. Press. Thank you and I wish you the best.

Surgery scheduled for 4:00 pm started at 9:00 pm after not eating the day of surgery & liquid diet the day before.. I felt like I was put on the back burner for some reason.. Like my case was somehow less important.. After waiting at the hospital all this time for surgery, I was emotionally & physically exhausted before even going in for surgery.. Not a good way to start recovery.. Still wondering if I made the right decision by using Dr Press & not getting a second opinion.
