When someone gets a dx of cancer, your first thought is death. Dr. Rodriquez is the most excellent and caring physician I know . His attention to detail while making my husband and I very comfortable is one of his most admirable qualities. His staff is top notch. And anytime I call and leave a message, I usually get a return call before the end of the day. That is unheard of in today's medical community. We respect Dr. Rodriquez and have complete trust in him. I can say this with 100% certainty because we had a primary care physician that was just the opposite . Since my husband diagnosis in 2012, we have had three different oncologists due to unforseen circumstances. At which with each new doctor, there is always a level of uncertainty. From the first day we met Dr. Rodriquez his smile was infectious. We call him the gentleman physician. His level of knowledge is unprecedented and he has guided us through some rough waters last year to present.

Dr. Rodriguez has been more than amazing. He has the rare capacity to be an extremely intelligent doctor and a compassionate person at the same time. I am grateful that he has chosen to spend his life caring for us patients.

Dr. Rodriguez always has time to answer any questions, review all your test results and go over your treatment plan. He coordinates seamlessly with my other physicians adding so much to my care team. I feel very lucky to have him as my physician.

I have been monitored at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston for several years, and just recently started treatment. I needed an oncologist closer to home who was comfortable collaborating with my team in Houston so that I can receive some of my care locally. Dr Rodriguez collaborates well with my oncologist in Houston. He is a very good listener, and patiently answers all my questions. I have been very pleased with the care that I have received.
