Extremely conscientious Doctor
I walked into the doctor’s office with extremely high blood pressure and my heart was actually hurting. Dr. Valtos was concerned, but assured me I would be fine and with his new prescription my blood pressure would go down. He is sincerely caring and a very sympathetic doctor. I am an opinionated patient regarding the doctors I choose for my health care needs, as I have many. He is honestly one of the nicest and most genuine doctors I have ever met. Not only does he care for his patients’ health, he is also interested in the health of their loved ones. I cannot say enough positive attributes of Dr. Valtos. I am so blessed to have him caring for my heart health. His nurses are also incredible as well!

I was a patient of Valtos because I decided my original cardiologist was located too far from my house. That was a mistake. This past Sunday I had an afib episode and called 911. When the ems arrived, my heart had reverted back to a normal rhythm. I called Valtos’s office the next day to get checked out but reached a voicemail which said they would call back within 24hours. I left my information but did not receive a call back. It’s Wednesday and they still haven’t called. I will now return in kind by not calling them ever again. I don’t see how they stay in business with that quality of service. I have never experienced such horrible service from a doctor. If I could give them zero stars I would because that’s how much service I received.

Dr VALTOS is someone I'd highly recommend. He's through, takes time to discuss health issues with you and makes sure you understand what your treatment will be before leaving. He's explains things in a way you can understand and doesn't sugar coat what's going on or how things will progress.

Dr Valtos is exceptional in every way. The time he spends with me and my loved ones is beyond compare. He even takes the time to handle “non cardiologist “ type issues from time to time when I’m seeing him for cardiac issues. Excellent caregiver and I wish there were more like him.

He identified my atrial fibrillation and treated quickly. I required a pacemaker/defibrillator and treatment for heart failure. Prior to procedure, my EF of heart function was 15-20%. After conversion, atrial fibrillation, .ablation, and pacemaker placement, my function if now 45%. My quality of life has greatly improved. I believe I would not be alive today due to my frequent flash pulmonary edema episodes and multiple ICU admissions prior to treatment

I have severe dysautonomia which has left me with a rare heart condition. I had a hard time finding a cardiologist who understood my condition until I met Dr. Valtos. Nor only did he take the time to listen to me, he also researched my condition on his own time until he obtained full knowledge of what he could do for me and how to help me. He will go out of his way to help you. Dr. Valtos is very caring and trustworthy. He is also very kind and friendly.

Dr Valtos is the most genuine, kind hearted physician you’ll find. He is real, he is intelligent, he is everything that you would want and expect from a physician. My husband and I met Dr Valtos when he was a resident and his compassion and high level of care that he gave my husband was remarkable! We have traveled 6 hours to have our visits with him and will continue to see him and follow his practice. In today’s heath care world physicians like Dr Valtos are hard to find!

My husband is AD military and started having severe chest pain over a year ago. Unfortunately, his symptoms were not taken seriously until we saw Dr Valtos. I feel like for the first time in a long time that we have hope in figuring out how to control this heart condition. Dr. Valtos is a wicked smart guy and we trust him 100%. We are so grateful we were referred to him and I would tell anyone in second that he is the man to go to for heart issues.

I grew up in a very small town in Illinois where strong work and moral ethics were prominent.  That style of living is why I chose the practices and communities I have for my work.  I have an amazing wife and 4 children and spend 110% of my "free-time" being with them!  God blessed us tremendously.
