Refuses to Address Patients' Urgent Concerns
I made an urgent request to fill my prescription as not having it was detrimental to my health and wellbeing. Doctor did not make time to meet with me and did not even respond to my request not even on a phone call. Instead a nursing staff person responded and said the Doctor does not contact patients outside of scheduled appointments. Doctor lacks empathy for patient's requirements for care and does not take the time to contact patients appropriately. Doctor hides behind nursing staff and shirks responsibility. This was a very disappointing experience with Kaiser Health as well as this doctor.

Great DO
Dr.Hagen listens to me which is most important. He shows empathy and cares about his patients. This is the only doctor I’ve ever liked. He is up to date with the times and society that we live in.

Doctor staff is kind, friendly, courteous and very professional.My experience with This doctor is great he listens.He conduct’s himself in a Very professional manner.He shows empathy for his patients.I would recommend him to anyone that is is seeking therapy.
