Best Psychiatrist in town
Telehealth
Dr. Josue Lopez is a great psychiatrist. We have known him for many years. He is very understanding, knowledgeable, patient and educated. We definitely recommend him if you are in search for one.

Absolutely incredible
Dr. Lopez sees both of my young children every month and they love going! It is very easy to schedule with him and he makes the entire process very comfortable for my children as well as myself. I never feel rushed either which is a great thing being that I normally have lots of questions on the different medications. I highly recommend him

Best Pediatric Psychiatrist
He is truly amazing caring, understanding, empathetic, and loving to my children wouldn't change him for another psychiatrist, friend, mentor.

Dr. Lopez is the most wonderful physician I have ever met. He took the time needed to evaluate my daughter on our first visit. He has since been readily available and is always willing to explain everything with such detail. He is very compassionate and really cares. I recommend Dr Lopez 100%

Unhelpful and unkind
Dr. Josue Lopez should not be working in mental health. When I saw him recently for our second session, he was combative, condescending, and inflexible. With ADHD, it requires much mental and physical energy to seek help, and follow-through is a huge challenge. But I did my best (his assignments from our 1st visit had a several hundred dollar price tag). I explained my financial issues and told him my plan, along with a completion date. He immediately shut me down, offering no understanding, kindness, or alternatives. I got upset and cried. His response? He told me to leave. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Lopez needs to remember that he works in *mental health* and neurodivergent individuals have, among other things, a much lower frustration tolerance than a neurotypical person. I vehemently do not recommend Dr. Lopez.
