I have gone to Dr. Touchstone for over 15 years and she always has time to discuss any issue, knows a lot about many diseases and is great at prevention

Dr Touchstone has been my physician for 8 years. Being a physician myself, I can confidently say that she is truly exceptional. My entire family also sees her and speaks highly of her. We can entrust our healthcare needs with Dr Touchstone. Jillian

Excellent staff! Excellent doctor! Very knowledgeable and caring. She works hard to make sure that her patients are making progress. She is a great listener and has a wonderful bedside manner.

My 1st and definitely will be my last visit. After waiting for a month i had to reach out to see if my labs were received. I received a message back that they were now loaded to the portal only to discover that it's numerical values without an explanation that a patient wouldn't be able to decipher to diagnose themselves. The 1 med she mentioned during examination was never prescribed nor the was a referral ever sent as we discussed.

Wonderful doctor! I've been a patient for 15 years and she has always provided me with excellent care.

First visit with Dr. Touchstone I thought was good, however the front office is lacking that's putting it mildly. My next visit, the doctor acted as if she could care less that I was there, her bedside manners were horrible. The person that took my appointment was rude and asked me unnecessary questions one in particular because I'd seen a doctor in between (it's not like they can be reached when needed) questioning me as to IF I was going to use Dr. Touchstone as my doctor or not?! I was very disappointed , it is very hard to get someone to even answer the phone when you call to make an appointment you will get an answering machine I guarantee you. I left a message 2 months ago call was never returned. Made a call on Monday Dec. 7th struggling with a health issue and received a call back on Dec. 9th "as I was sitting in another doctors office waiting to be seen". I will never call or place foot in that office again. Don't waste your time "0" stars should be an option above.

I made an appt with Dr. Touchstone because of an infection of the sinus and throat area. A lesson to everyone, don't ever hold in a sneeze when you are eating popcorn because it can cause a most painful result that can turn into something else. The most important outcome here was I came to trust a woman, Dr. Touchstone, who looked me in the eyes and told me what we were going to do. She also gave me instructions on what to do after the round of antibiotics, to contact her office. All in all, I'd definitely be going back to Dr. Touchstone if I were on the same insurance plan and I'm crying that I can't move her to my new plan. She was wonderful and I felt so comfortable around her. From my experience it is not normal to be able to talk to a doctor so freely because most doctors give you the impression they are too pressed for time to even look you in the eyes. Dr. Touchstone was attentive and it was appreciated.

Made me wait for an hour then told me to leave if I couldn't stay any longer.

We have been seeing her since my middle daughter was 5 months old (she will be 14yo in Novemeber). We moved and I drive 45 minutes for doctors visits. She smart, caring, and doesn’t over prescribe. The office staff are friendly and Nurse Kim is amazing. I have 5 kids from 23yo to 9yo and she has seen us through all kinds of medical situations.

Dr. Touchstone is awesome! She asks the questions you forget to ask, she is very detailed with your overall health. Her office staff is awesome as well. The lady at the front desk is so polite and Kim is so welcoming and positive.

Dr.Touchstone has been seeing my son since he was born. She and her staff have always been very professional and informative. I just changed her to my PCP as well, since she took such good care of my baby. I can honestly say I have never been more pleased with a physician.

Dr. Touchstone staff are friendly and genuinely compassionate. She has been taking care of me and my children since 2004. I appreciate the fact that for most of my medical needs for me and when my children were small, could be handled by one great physician. She is very good.

Dr. Touchstone is kind, caring, extremely intelligent and perceptive, and goes the extra mile to figure out what is going on with you health wise and helps get you feeling better. She has never been distracted or uncaring. If my children were still at home, I would take them to her as well. Best M.D. I've ever been to.

I was very pleased with Dr. Touchstone, the first time I met her was at an appt. for my daughter and i felt that she asked the right questins and was attentive to her. I recently went and saw her for myself and I thought she was very thorough. And I felt that the office staff was very pleasant and I just love nurse Kim.

Dr. Touchstone is great with infant to teens. I have 4 children that she has provided care for through out the last 10years. Her diagnosis have always been correct. From well child check up to ADHD. She really diagnosis the problem and includes the source as part of her diagnosis. I also like the fact that she does not over-medicate us as patients. I always refer my friends and family to her for pediatrics or as a primary care for adults. Dr.Touchstone Rocks!

I am a new patient to Dr. Touchstone. I was referred to her by a friend who has seen her for many years. I was very pleasantly surprised by the office. Dr. Touchstone was very thorough and listened to my concerns. She didn't just rush to put me on a drug and get me out of the office. She told me her thoughts and we made plans to follow up. The staff was friendly and professional. I saw the review from the patient who wasn't happy but I can only say my experience was very different.

I like Dr. Touchstone and her visits have always been pleasant. However, her office staff was incredibly rude and make an already stressful situation more stressful. I would not go back simply because of the rude office staff.

I literally have no words to describe how disappointed I was with my overall experience here. Going to the doctor is already hard when you feel like something is going on with your body. I told Dr. Touchstone my concerns and she just seemed to take them lightly. She NEVER touched bases with me afterwards. No one even called me back to give me lab results. I called the office multiple times. Her nurses Kim and Jenelle were so helpful. I still have so many unanswered questions. It's disheartening.

Dr. Touchstone is very caring and compassionate. She will take the time to listen to your concerns and go over each one with recommendations.

It was with a little skepticism that I ventured in to getting a new physician as my insurance had made me lose my doctor of many years. When I arrived, there was a smiling helpful person behind the glass who gave me papers to fill out. Then Nurse Kim helped me . I had absolutely no wait time in the outer office. Everyone was smiling and pleasant. When I first met Dr. Touchstone (wonderful name!), I was pleased to note her professionalism. I'm sure that anyone would find this place as excellent!
