I've been a nurse 40 years. You might say I know a few doctors. Joyce is not only an excellent ENT, but also a warm and caring person. Another doctor told me that my daughters throat cancer needn't be treated. Joyce operated, cured her, and saved her life.

Dr Brackebush is extremely knowledgeable, she communicates well and she cares. I have recieved nothing but exceptional care for my ENT issues, which are many and varied. More importantly she knows when she should refer to someone with greater experience. She is motivated not by money but to deliver the best possible care. I would highly recommend Dr. Brackebush.

Dr Brackebusch has provided outstanding medical care to me and my family. I appreciate that Dr. Brackebusch effectively conveys information and she seems to possess a great deal of medical knowledge. The doctor was nice enough, but she does not take credit card for payment - made it close to impossible to get reimbursed from our company HSA. Join the 21st Century already. I write you a check, then have to request a receipt from you - which then takes me 45 days to get reimbursed from HSA. The small merchant charge on your end that you are saving isn't worth all the hassle for your patients. I will NOT recommend you to anyone!! Had to schedule an appointment 2 1/2 months out.

Irrational communication. Told me I would probable never know what is causing my symptoms. Disagreed with what other doctors had told me. Disregarded Mt own experience of my symptoms.
