Excellent doctor!
Not only does Dr. Pavnica show great concern for his patients, he explains well and has excellent follow through. I recently underwent gallbladder surgery and the procedure was delayed because of other surgeries taking longer than anticipated. Dr. Pavnica kept checking in and gave me options. The robotic surgery was successful and the after effects have been minimal.

Waste of time
My husband's surgery scheduled for Tomorrow morning was cancelled today because the office staff failed to submit pre-authorization on time. They also wouldn't take responsibility for it. He scheduled time off work and the time and money paid for appointments was a waste. What good is a capable doctor with an inept staff. Seriously disgusted.
